Refund policy
Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
You can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@cosmeticsbykatakami.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
For defective or damaged products please contact us at sales@cosmeticsbykatakami.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Shipping
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@cosmeticsbykatakami.com. For shipping returns, please include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
